Sulfur Watches Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Sulfur. Every Sulfur watch is designed and assembled to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Warranty Coverage
Our watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Included:

  • Faults with the movement (mechanism)

  • Manufacturing defects in the case, crown, hands, dial, clasp, and glass

  • Battery replacement within the first two years (if applicable)

  • Water resistance issues (as rated for your model)

What’s Not Included:

  • Normal wear and tear (including strap/bracelet and finish)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage due to water if the crown is not properly secured

  • Loss or theft

  • Exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or magnetic fields

How to Schedule a Warranty Repair:
Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll assist you with the return or repair process and provide shipping instructions as needed.

Proof of Purchase Required:
Your original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.

Right to Repair or Replace:
Sulfur may choose to repair your watch, provide an equivalent replacement, or offer a refund if neither is possible.
